摘要
针对高压直流电源存在的一些问题,设计了一种基于串并联谐振软开关高频逆变的高压大功率的直流电源。主要从主电路结构、变换器的选择及其等效电路分析等方面给出了电源的设计过程,利用MATLAB/simulink对逆变器的谐振过程进行了仿真验证,得出了仿真结果,并进行了相应分析。仿真结果表明,串并联谐振变换器具有很好的电流源特性,且可以通过跟踪谐振电流实现对谐振频率的跟踪控制。
A DC power supply for high voltage and power based on high frequency series-parallel resonant soft switching inverter was designed.The design process was presented according to the main circuit structure,the choice of inverter,the equivalent circuit analysis and etc..The resonance of inverter was simulated by MATLAB/simulink,and the results were analyzed.The results show that the series-parallel resonant inverter has good current source characteristics and the resonant frequency can be tracked by tracking resonant current.
