摘要
用化学共沉淀法制备了Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy3+荧光粉,研究了Ba2+浓度(0≤x≤0.25)及电荷补偿剂K+对荧光粉发光强度的影响。结果表明:在315 nm紫外光激发下,随Ba2+浓度的增加,Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy3+荧光粉发光强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在x=0.1处达最大值,与未添加Ba2+的荧光粉相比发光强度提高约50%,但色坐标变化不明显,色温在5200 K左右,为光色柔和的暖白光。电荷补偿剂K+的添加使Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy3+荧光粉在Y0.99-xBaxKxVO4∶1%Dy3+荧光粉发光强度的基础上明显提高,色坐标及色温变化不明显。
Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1% Dy^3+ phosphor was prepared by chemical co-precipitation method.The influence of Ba^2+ concentration(0≤x≤0.25) and charge compensation of K^+ on the luminous intensity were studied.The results showed that Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy^3+(0≤x≤0.25) phosphor under UV excitation(at 315 nm),as the concentration of Ba^2+ increasing,phosphors luminous intensity at first increased and then decreased.When Ba^2+ mole fraction was 0.1,Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy^3+(0≤x≤0.25) phosphor reached the maximum luminous intensity,and compared with the undoped Ba^2+ of Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy^3+ phosphor,the luminnous intensity increased approximately 50%.But Ba^2+ concentration in the Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1% Dy^3+ phosphor made the CIE coordinates change indistinctly,and not changing light color(warm-white light).The color temperature of Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy^3+ phosphor was about 5200 K.The emission intensity of Y0.99-xBaxKxVO4∶1%Dy^3+ phosphor with charge compensation of K^+ increased obviously based on Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy^3+ phosphors.The addition of K^+ made little change about the CIE coordinates and the color temperature of Y0.99-xBaxVO4∶1%Dy^3+ phosphor.
