重型机夹切刀锁紧结构分析与设计

Analysis and design of heavy machine clip cutting knife lock structure

摘要 重型机夹切刀广泛应用于重型切削加工中,通过对几种常见的用于夹紧刀片的锁紧结构的分析与研究,发现均存在"锁不紧,卸不下"等多种缺陷,利用楔挤正交原理对锁紧结构进行了创新设计,实现"正交施力,一销锁三向",刀片锁紧得到明显改善,实际应用后效果显著。 Heavy machine clip cutting knives are widely used in heavy cutting.Based on several common lock structure analysis and research,"lock not tight,unloaded not" and many defects are found,using the wedge crowed orthogonal principle to squeeze wedge locking structure innovation design,realizing "orthogonal force,with a pin lock three directions",three blades lock improves obviously,the effect after actual application is remarkable.
