摘要
分析了串联混合动力公交车电池管理系统的主要功能,设计了基于CAN总线和LIN总线的两级分布式电池管理系统。详细叙述了该管理系统的结构、硬件配置及其控制功能的软件实现。运行结果证明,该系统实现了数据监测及显示、CAN通讯、SOC预测、电池热管理和故障诊断及安全报警等功能,保证了电池的安全运行,提高了电池的性能和使用寿命。
The main functions of battery management system for series hybrid electric bus are analyzed and the distributed battery management system based on the CAN bus and LIN bus is designed.The hardware configuration and the software achievement of control function of this management system are presented in details.The results show that this management system has fulfilled data monitoring and display,CAN communications,SOC estimation,thermal management of battery,fault diagnosis and safety alarming,ensured the batteries safety and good performance and prolonged the lives of batteries.
