汕头口岸中央空调系统冷却塔军团菌污染现状及消毒效果评价

摘要 目的对汕头口岸中央空调系统军团菌污染现况进行监测,对采取的消毒措施进行初步的效果评价,为口岸卫生监督指导性。方法通过对汕头口岸中央空调系统冷却塔水采样开展军团菌检测;对污染的冷却塔水消毒处理后再次采样检测。结果从11份采集的冷却塔样本中检出嗜肺军团菌阳性标本5份,阳性率为45.45%;对污染的冷却塔采取消毒处理后,未检出军团菌。结论汕头口岸中央空调系统存在着军团菌污染,采取规范的消毒措施,可以降低军团菌病发生的风险。 Objective To provide health supervision guidance by carrying out legionella contamination monitoring of central air-conditioning system at Shantou frontier port and initial disinfection efficacy evaluation. Methods Carry out legionella detection of water sample from central air-conditioning cooling tower at Shantou frontier port; after disinfection of contaminated cooling tower,samples were taken and tested again.Results Five positive strains of legionella were detected from 11 samples,with a positive rate of 45.45%. After disinfection,no legionella were detected. Conclusion In consideration of legionella contamination in the central air conditioning system at Shantou frontier port,regular disinfection measures should be taken to reduce the risk of legionnaires disease's outbreak.
