无张力修补术在腹壁切口转移癌切除后腹壁缺损修复中的应用

Application of Tension-free Herniorrhaphy in the Resection of Implanted Metastatic Lesions of Abdominal Wall Incision

目的观察疝补片在修补腹壁切口癌种植灶切除后腹壁缺损的效果。方法对我院收治的15例腹壁切口癌种植灶患者采用手术切除及巴德补片修补腹壁缺损的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 15例患者术后伤口均获得一期愈合。随访时间1年,无局部肿瘤复发,亦无切口疝发生。结论巴德补片无张力修复腹壁切口癌种植转移灶切除术后的腹壁缺损,是减少肿瘤局部复发和预防腹壁切口疝的好方法。

Objective To investigate the effects of bard patch in the repair of abdominal wall defect after resection of implanted metastatic lesions of abdominal wall incision.Methods From January 2002 to January 2009,15 cases with bard patch for repairing abdominal wall defect after resection of implanted metastatic lesions of abdominal wall incision were analyzed retrospectively.Results The first intention was got in all cases.With follow-up for one year,no local recurrence and incisional hernia were found.Conclusion Use of Bare Patch for repairing abdominal wall defect is a good method in preventing incisional hernia after resectin of implanted metastatic lesions of abdominal wall incision.
