摘要
为了研究低挥发份煤的制备水煤浆的性能,利用黏度计对水煤浆的温度、表观黏度、剪切应力以及剪切速率等参数进行测量和计算,分析加入5种不同添加剂后低挥发分煤水煤浆的成浆特性、最大成浆质量分数、温升特性、流变特性等性能,发现水煤浆的黏度随着质量分数的增加而升高;在黏度为1 000mPa.s时,加入不同添加剂的低挥发分水煤浆的最大成浆质量分数均在70%左右;加入不同添加剂对水煤浆的温升性能有不同影响,水煤浆的黏度随着温度的升高而逐渐降低,但是当水煤浆质量分数较高时,高温可能导致部分添加剂失效;随着剪切速率的增加,水煤浆的黏度逐渐降低,为假塑性流体.结果表明低挥发份煤具有很好的性能用于制备高浓度水煤浆.
In order to study the slurrying properties of low volatile coal,the parameter such as temperature、viscosity、shear stress and rate of shear of coal water slurry(CWS) were measured and calculated by viscometer.And the slurrying characteristics,maximum solid concentration,temperature characteristics and rheological characteristics of low-volatile CWS were studied by adding 5 different types of addition agents to broaden coal types preparing CWS and reduce costs.It shows that the viscosity of CWS is raised with the increase of solid concentration.The maximum solid concentration of CWS added different types of addition agents are about 70% at 1 000 mPa·s;The temperature performance are affected by addition agents,the viscosity of CWS are dropped with the temperature rise.But some addition agents may lose efficacy in high temperature at a high concentration of CWS;the viscosity of CWS reduces as the shear rate grow higher,and CWS are pseudoplastic fluid.Results show that low volatile coal is suitable to prepare for high quality CWS.
