心肺复苏早期的血流动力学影响因素 被引量:7

摘要 心肺脑复苏的规范化教学培训明显提高了复苏的成功率,但心搏骤停(cardiac arrest,CA)病人的生存率和出院率仍然很低。现代心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)技术的研究表明:心肺复苏早期的血流动力学受很多因素的影响,不同的按压频率、深度和按压/通气(C/V)比例,不同种类和剂量的血管活性药物的应用,
