美国家长教育权利的行使对我国家长教育权利的启示

中小学家长教育权利是教育法研究中的主要范畴,美国联邦最高法院承认政府不能随意剥夺家长的教育权利。随着时代的发展及公立学校质量问题的出现,家长表现出要为孩子寻求一个良好的读书与成长环境的强烈愿望,并且开始注意到自己应当具有的教育权利,比如现今我们熟知的择校权利就是其中的一种表现形式。目前美国家长已经普遍意识到教育权利的行使对孩子成长的重要作用,并且国家也有较完善的法律保障家长教育权利的行使。相对而言,我国家长还没有充分意识到应享有的对子女教育的权利。
