傅里叶变换红外光谱学方法用于HCl气体定量分析 被引量:1

Quantitative analysis of gas hydrogen chloride using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy

摘要 文中将傅里叶变换红外光谱学方法运用到HCl气体的定量分析中,通过红外光谱仪测量得到待测气体的红外光谱图;采用TQ分析软件分别对测量得到的光谱进行计算。对于密闭气体池氯化氢吸收光谱测量分析结果的相对误差小于2%,结果表明,FEIR方法用于气体浓度的定量分析可行、准确。 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy method was applied to quantitative analysis of gas hydrogen chloride.The absorption spectra of the measured gases were acquired using infrared spectrometer system.TQ analyst software was used to calculate the measured absorption spectra.The relative error of hydrogen chloride absorption spectra in a closed gas cell is smaller than 2%.Experimental results show that the quantitative gas concentration analysis with FTIR is feasible.
