文章以湘北某工程项目部对施工设备的成功管理为例,从如何加强项目施工设备管理的角度提出了设备管理维护的方法与对策。

This paper takes a specific engineering project department in north Hunan as an example,which does a good job on construction equipment management, and discussed methods and countermeasure of equipment management and maintenance from the view of improving the management of project construction equipment.
