摘要
临时开口船体结构强度分析具有重要的工程参考价值.采用有限元法建立船体结构数值模型,结合相关强度校核规范,进行临时开口船体结构强度分析,结果表明开口船体结构的抗弯扭方面的安全性必须引起重视.初步设计6种开口加强方案,通过对比总结了加强形式对结构强度的影响规律,并分析了加强横梁尺寸和开口边界加强对应力和变形的影响规律.通过上述研究可知,沿船长方向加强可有效提高船体结构抗弯强度,沿开口边界区域进行骨材加强,可有效提高结构抗扭能力,二者结合为更加合理的开口结构加强及变形控制方案.
Strength analysis of ship structures with cutting hatch openings has an important engineering reference value.Finite element models of ship structure are presented and strength analysis is performed based on correlated ship strength check criterions.The simulation results show that for ship structures with cutting hatch openings,it is necessary to pay attention to the safety in respect of bend and torsion.Six structural reinforcing methods are studied and the influences of different methods are found.The variations of stresses and distortions with strengthening beam sizes and hatch openings reinforcing are also analyzed.From this study it can be seen that reinforcing the members along ship length direction can improve the bending strength of main hull;reinforcing the members along the hatch openings can increase the torsional strength of the structure.A combination of these two methods is a more reasonable program for structure strengthening and deformation control.
