摘要
目的:临床见习是培养学生能力的实践性教学环节。方法:我们入选参加临床见习的五年制本科生,分为实验教学组和常规教学组,采用学生模拟患者和医生,进行角色演练的互动式教学模式。结果:角色演练后课堂气氛活跃,学习的积极性、主动性提高,有利于相关知识的掌握。结论:这种模式下的临床见习在巩固理论知识的同时,锻炼学生的临床实践能力和临床思维分析能力,提高临床操作技能、医患沟通能力;实现理论到实践的良性过渡,为毕业实习打下良好的基础。
Objective: Clinical probation is the practical teaching link for developing students' abilities, which attracted more and more attention. Methods:We divided the five-year undergraduates attending clinical probation into experimental group and control group. We let students simulate patients and doctors, conducting the role-play interactive teaching model. Results:The results showed the students in experimental group were obviously superior to those in control group in active learning atmosphere, study enthusiasm, initiative, and related knowledge mastery. The clinical practice has proven that this kind of the teaching pattern not only dramatically strengthened theoretical knowledge but also improved students' practical abilities, clinical thinking and ability to think independently, the communication ability. Conclusions:The role-play interactive clinical probation was in flavor of the benign transition from the theory to practice and played the good foundation for the graduation practice.
