辐流洁净病房内气流形态的CFD模拟和实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用CFD模拟和模型实验相结合的方法对辐流洁净病房内的气流流型进行了研究。首先从速度场和空气龄角度,探讨了洁净病房的房间长度及病床摆放位置对室内气流形态的影响。其次通过模型实验的实测过程,得到洁净病房内污染物排出特性。最后,在送风量和过滤器面积均相同的情况下,对比研究了两种不同的气流形态。结果表明,辐流是洁净病房比较理想的一种气流流型。 By combining CFD simulation and model experiment,the paper studies the airflow pattern in vector-flow clean sickroom.The CFD simulation is carried out on the basis of κ-ε double-equation turbulent flow model,by means of limited volume method and using airpak commercial software package.By velocity field and air age this paper studies influence on indoor flow field of the length of the room and location of the sick beds in the clean sick room under as-built.Through model experiment,the indoor flow field and concentration field of the vector-flow clean sickroom is tested.Moreover,point contaminating source is set in the room to simulate the emitting situation of the contaminator from patients in the sickroom,then the discharging characteristic of contaminator in the clean sickroom is accordingly educed.In the end,with same air supply volume and filter area as well as same return air mode,indoor concentration fields formed by turbulent-flow schemes are tested,further,comparison is made between such two airflow distribution.Conclusion was made that it is a relatively ideal flow pattern which air conditioning of ward adopts vector flow schemes
