Clinical Application of Channels and Collaterals Theory to Acupuncture

经络学说是中医药学的重要组成部分 ,更是针灸医学的核心理论。结合经络文献研究 ,从构成理论核心、说明病理变化、用于辅助诊断、确立治疗大法、指导选穴处方、影响针刺手法、充实刺灸方法、扩大治疗范围、提高治疗效果等方面论证了经络学说与针灸医学的密切关系 。

The theory of channels and collaterals is an important part of TCM and the core of acupuncture, this paper expounded its close relation with acupuncture,and its wide clinical application to acupuncture based on the study of the literature of channels and collaterals theory from the following aspects: forming the core of acupuncture; indicating the pathogenic changes; assisting diagnosis; establishing therapeutic method; guiding point selection; influencing needle manipulation; substantiating needling and fuming method; expanding therapeutic range and improving curative effect.
