炮制对何首乌小鼠急性毒性的影响

Acute Toxicity of Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb and Refined in Mice

目的:生、制首乌水提液、醇提液对小鼠的急性毒性考察。方法:采用LD50、MLD急性毒性实验方法分别测定生、制首乌水提液、醇提液口服最大给药量、半数致死量。结果:生首乌醇提物的LD50为287.87g.kg-1,制首乌醇提物的606.88g.kg-1。生首乌水提物最大给药量为184g.kg-1,制首乌水提物最大给药量为264g.kg-1。结论:何首乌炮制前后的醇提液对小鼠均有一定的毒性,其中生首乌醇提液急性毒性大于制首乌醇提液。

Objective：To study the acute toxicity of different components of Polygonum multiflorum Thumb and Refined,the acute toxic study on water extract and alcohol extract of Polygonum multiflo-rum Thunb and Refined to mice were developed in this paper.Methods：Ig water extract and alcohol extract of Polygonum multiflo-rum Thunb and Refined to mice,the MLD,LD50 were tested differently by the classic methods of acute toxicity.Result：The results showed that the LD50 of alcohol extract of Polygonum multiflo-rum Thunb is 287.87g·kg-1,the LD50 of alcohol extract of Refined is 606.88g·kg-1;the MLD of water extract of Polygonum multiflo-rum Thunb is 184g·kg-1;the MLD of water extract of Refined is 264g·kg-1.Conclusion：We can draw a conclusion from the results that the size order of acute toxicity of Polygonum multiflo-rum Thunb and Refined is alcohol extract of Polygonum multiflo-rum Thunbalcohol extract of Refined.
