利胆汤治疗胆囊结石胆囊炎66例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Lidantang on Gallstones with Cholecystitis in 66 Cases

目的观察利胆汤治疗胆囊结石胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法胆囊结石胆囊炎患者66例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组33例采用常规治疗(抗炎、解痉等)同时口服利胆汤;对照组33例单纯采用常规治疗。结果治疗组显效25例(75.7%),有效7例(21.2%),无效1例(3%),总有效率97%。而对照组显效15例(45.4%),有效11例(33.3%),无效7例(21.2%),总有效率78.7%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论利胆汤治疗胆囊结石胆囊炎确切有效,能减少患者痛苦,且方法简便易行。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lidantang on Gallstones with Cholecystitis.Methods 66 cases of gallstone patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,33 cases of the treatment group carried out conventional treatment（the medication of Anti-inflammatory and relieving spasm etc.）plus lidantang treatment,33 cases of the control group carried out simple conventional treatment.Results In the treatment group 25 cases（75.7%）were significant,7 cases（21.2%）were effective,1 cases（3%）were invalid,the total effective rate was 97%.In the control group,15 cases（45.4%）were significant,11cases（33.3%）were effective,7cases（21.2%）were invalid,the total effective rate was 78.7%.there was a statistical significance（P0.05）between two groups.Conclusion Lidantang had convinced effect to gallstones,can reduce the pain suffering of patients,and the methods were convenient.
