摘要
目的:用同种异体富含血小板血浆(platelet-richplasms,PRP)诱导增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(prolifera-tivevitreoretinopathy,PVR)动物模型,探讨其制模机理及与人PVR病理相似性。方法:取同种异体富含血小板血浆注射入兔眼内,直接检眼镜动态检查、病理切片观察。结果:PRP复制PVR动物模型方法成功率达75%;动态观察和病理切片显示注射PRP后眼内有炎症反应、细胞增殖及膜的形成,造成视网膜脱离合并PVRB级。结论:该方法成功率较高,方法简便易行,模型基本模拟人PVR的病理过程,适合科研和实验动物学教学使用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of PVR model induced by homologous platelet-rich plasms(PRP) and the sumilarity in comparison with the PVR on hclman beings. Methods: Rabbit reaction was followed up ophthalmoscopically and histopathologically after vitrous injection of homologous PRP was administered.Results:The positive of PVR model induced by homologous platelet-rich plasms reached 75% and the retinal detachment accompanied grade B of PVR, the inflammation, proliferous cell and membrane were observed ophthalmoscopically and histopathologically.Conclusions There were a high positive and an easy operation from PVR model induced by homologous platelet - rich plasms. The histopathology of model was similar to PVR on human. The model was available to scientific research and experiment.
