摘要
采用水性聚氨酯型整理剂Z414、Y410A、N329B和SD-306C+HS-C-5对棉盖涤针织面料进行吸湿快干整理,并对整理织物的吸湿性和快干性进行比较。结果表明,10 g/L水性聚氨酯Y410A吸湿排汗效果最佳,整理织物的吸湿快干性、导湿量、手感和弹性等都已达到常用的吸湿排汗整理剂的指标。
Moisture managing finish of cotton and polyester double-faced knit fabric is carried out with water-based polyurethane finishing agent Z414,Y410A,N329B and SD-306C ＋ HS-C-5 individually.Effects of water-proof agents on moisture-managing properties are investigated.It is found that fabric treated with 10 g / L water-based polyurethane Y410A features the best moisture pick-up and transfer properties.The moisture absorption and transportation,hand feel and elasticity of the fabric treated with Y410A are the same as those of commercial finishing agents.
