摘要
介绍了一种以纳米稻壳灰和复合抗水剂为改性剂的新型菱镁材料的制备工艺。主要研究了低温稻壳灰和磷酸、过磷酸钙、木钙及苯丙乳液复合抗水剂对菱镁材料抗水性的影响。借助于XRD、SEM、BET、万能实验机的抗折实验和软化系数的计算对试样进行了性能表征。研究结果表明,采用低温自蔓燃法制备的稻壳灰的平均粒径为50nm左右,比表面积196m2/g,SiO2含量高达92.31%;适量添加纳米稻壳灰可以在不降低菱镁材料强度的条件下,大大增加其抗水性能,使菱镁材料的软化系数由原来的0.29增大到0.78。结合复合抗水剂的使用,可使菱镁材料的软化系数高达0.97,长时间放置无泛霜现象。
The preparation pr ocess of a new magnesite cement tile with Nano rice-husk ashes and acompound water-resistance agent as modifiers is described in the paper.The effect of the low-temperature rice-husk ashes and the compound water-resistance agent on the magnesite cement tile is also studied.The experiments show that suitable Nano rice-husk ashes can markedly increases the water-resistance and the softening coefficient without reducing the bend strength of magnesite materials.
