摘要
改进了Dean-Stiel粘度模型,将该模型中的定值常数与物性参数相关联,选用状态方程求解粘度式中的密度.考察了L-K,SRK,PR和P-T4个状态方程,其中,以P-T状态方程的计算结果为最好.用改进的方法计算了原油和馏分油的粘度,计算结果与实测数据比较表明,该方法能够较为准确地预测原油及馏分油粘度,平均相对误差为5.15%.
The Deanstiel viscosity model is improved. Combining the constants in the model with physical property parameters, the density in viscosity expression is solved by using state equations. Four state equations, LK,SRK, PR and PT, are checked, the best one for calculated results is PT equation. Using improved method to calculate the viscosity of crude petroleum and fraction oil and comparing the results with testing data, it shows that this method can forecast the viscosity of crude petroleum and fraction oil accurately to within average relative error of 5.15%.
