摘要
通过线性膨胀率、岩屑回收率、黏土颗粒的电动电位实验,研究了温度对杂多糖苷水基钻井液抑制性能影响。研究结果表明:杂多糖水基钻井液中糖的适宜加量为0.3%~0.2%(m/v),具有良好的泥页岩抑制性、流变性、滤失性及抑制性,各项性能随着温度的变化而变化且趋势一致,兼顾流变性、滤失性及抑制性合理,杂多糖苷水基钻井液的抗温极限为140℃。钻井液黏土颗粒表面δ电位能够反映钻井液抑制性,其抑制机理包括:环醇羟基形成半透明膜和胶体粒子填充降失水两方面。为更好使用杂多糖苷水基钻井液提供有效技术支撑。
The effect of temperature on heteropolysaccharide water-based drilling fluid inhibitive performance was researched by the tests of the linear expansion rate, debris recovery rate and the electric potential of clay particles. The results showed that: water-based drilling fluid in the SJ of suitable addition amount 0.3~2%(m/v), has a good shale inhibition, rbeological property and filtration characteristics. In ensuring all reasonable premise of its rheology, fluid loss and inhibitive performance,anti-temperature limitation of heteropolysacchafide water-based drilling fluid achieved over 140℃. δelectric potential of drilling fluid clay particle surface could show the inhibitive performance of drilling fluid.
