摘要
为在概念设计阶段即能估计汽车结构的疲劳寿命,利用虚拟试验场技术建立具有真实接头的整车简化模型并组合虚拟试验路面模型;应用动态非线性显式分析软件LS-DYNA进行瞬态响应分析,获取车身结构动态应力的时间历程。以某微型车的C柱上接头为例,应用应变寿命法进行了T型接头结构的疲劳寿命分析,并对寿命短的部位进行改进设计,最后通过道路试验验证了分析的可行性和有效性。
For estimating the fatigue life of vehicle structure in concept design phase,a simplified vehicle model with real joints is built and a virtual test road is composed based on virtual proving ground technique,a transient response analysis is conducted by using dynamic nonlinear explicit analysis software LS-DYNA,and the time history of dynamic stress in vehicle structure is obtained.Then taking the upper joint of C column in a mini car as example,the fatigue life analysis for T joint structure is performed by applying strain life method,and the localities in the structure with shorter life predicted are modified.Finally the road test verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the analysis.
