摘要
由于对尺寸增大和高设计参数加氢反应器的需求,促使要制造更大、更重的高温钢加氢反应器。20世纪80年代开发了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢。钢中添加V后影响到焊接与热处理时的氢陷阱、氢扩散与应力松弛。制造规范需要进行调整,以防止焊接接头发生硬度高、韧性低以及持久强度低和开裂等问题。本文扼要介绍了以往2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢容器制造过程中发生的一些问题及国外研究工作的进展,对国内需进行的工作提出了建议。
The growing demand for increased size of hydrogenators operating at higher process conditions, Vanadium has been added to 2.25Cr - 1Mo steel to enhance high temperature strength in 80s of 20th century. The addition of Vanadium influences hydrogen trapping, diffusion and stress relaxation, and response to welding and heat treatment. Fabrication procedure must be adjusted to avoid high hardness, low ductility and low rupture stress for weldments. Examples of past problems in 2.25Cr- 1Mo -0.25V steel pressure vessel fabrication and recent research works abroad were briefly introduced. Some suggestions of research program were presented.
