摘要
使用毛细管流变仪研究了尼龙6/乙烯-辛烯共聚物/有机改性蒙脱土(PA6/POE/OMMT)纳米复合材料的流变行为,并对lgτω-lg.γω、lgηa-lg.γω、lgηa-1/T曲线进行了分析。研究结果表明,PA6/POE/OMMT纳米复合材料为假塑性流体,其表观粘度随着剪切应力的增加而降低;OMMT使得PA6/POE纳米复合材料的表观粘度增大;PA6/POE/OMMT纳米复合材料的粘流活化能随着剪切应力的增大而降低。
The rheological behavior of PA6/POE/OMMT nanocomposites were studied by using capillary rheometer. The curves of lgTw-lgγw 、lgηa-lgγw、lgηa-1/T were obtained. Results showed that PA6/POE/OMMT nanoeomposites were pseudoplas- tie fluid, the apparent viscosity of the nanocomposites reduced with the increasing of the sheafing stress. Compared with PA6/POE, the addition of OMMT increased the apparent viscosity. The viscous activation energy of PA6/POE/OMMT declined with the increasing of shearing stress.
