摘要
智能电网与用户的双向信息互动需要面向服务高级量测体系(AMI)的支持,为此迫切需要"即插即用"的动态可扩展软件平台。在对AMI信息交互需求进行分析后,以IEC 61970标准和IEC 61968标准为基础,建立了AMI的统一数据模型和语义模型,提出基于分布式对等互联的开放服务网关规范(OSGi)平台的AMI总体方案。该方案以基于Java的动态模块化OSGi平台作为对等互联网络的Peer端,各对等OSGi平台间借助Web服务的发布/订阅机制进行信息交互,面向服务的Web服务技术也为广域分布的高级量测基础设施提供了基于互联网的互操作。同时,详细阐述了面向服务AMI各参与方的功能部署,并以用户需求响应为例进行计算机仿真,以验证该方案的可行性。
Smart grid badly needs infrastructure that is dynamic and flexible to realize the interaction between customer and electric utility.The service-oriented advanced metering infrastructure using a distributed peer to peer(P2P) model based on the open service gateway initiative(OSGi) platforms is presented.According to this P2P model for OSGi platforms,multiple OSGi platforms are distributed in the smart grid.In each OSGi platform,a Web service bundle is deployed to publish its services and enable other OSGi platforms to utilize these services.The major benefit of using the Web services standard is that it provides interoperability between OSGi platforms and non-OSGi platforms on Web worldwide.Finally,a test system for demand response is taken as an example for proving the feasibility of the design idea of the platform.
