摘要
[目的]优化微提取玫瑰花(Rosa rugosa Thunb)红色素的工艺。[方法]以云南高原食用玫瑰为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化微波提取工艺。[结果]微波提取玫瑰花色素的最佳工艺为:微波功率为560 W,提取时间为35 s,料液比为1∶5,提取溶剂为40%乙醇。在最佳工艺条件下,玫瑰花红色素提取率达到81.6%,提取收率达到3.6%。[结论]微波提取技术可较好地提取玫瑰红色素。
[Objective] To optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process for red pigment from Rosa rugosa Thunb.[Method] Using Yunnan edible rose as materials,the extraction conditions of red pigment were optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions were:microwave power of 560 W,extraction duration of 35 s,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶5 and extraction solvent of 40% ethanol.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of red pigment reached as high as 81.6% and yield reached 3.6%.[Conclusion] Microwave-assisted extraction technology was favorable for the extracting of red pigment from Rosa rugosa Thunb.
