江苏新亚特钢锻造有限公司原生产设备所占能耗比重较大。通过采用双极串联电渣熔铸设备和工艺改造、数字化恒功率控制中频炉技术、模糊比例积分微分(PID)控制全纤维台车电阻炉技术等措施,年均节电可达原用电量的25%。这种在锻造行业采用多种措施的节电做法具有现实推广应用价值。
Jiangsu Siait Steel Forging Co., Ltd. shares a larger proportion of energy consumption of the original production equipment. Series measures are used to realize energy conservation such as the use of bipolar electroslag casting equipment and technology transformation, constant power control of the digital intermediate frequency furnace technology and other measures. The average annual electricity consumption is up to about 25% of the original consumption. The forging industry using a variety of measures in the energy-saving practices has practical value.
