摘要
大型零售商业网点的布局是城市零售商业网点规划中的关键。按照"经济人"假设,从消费者需求开始,研究消费者的最小购物成本,结合经济学、商业地理学和地理交通学等学科,简化其选址模型,推导大型商业网点区域定位模型,从而确定网点布局。
The layout of large retail commercial network is the key factor in the planning of urban retail commercial network.In accordance with the "economic man" hypothesis,from the beginning of consumer demand,we study on theminimum consumer shopping costs,combining with disciplines such as economics,business,geography,and geographic traffic,simplify its allocation model,get the derivation of large commercial network localization model,then determine the network layout.
