摘要
振动压路机为保证压实效果,要求在满足一定条件的情况下,对土壤的冲击力要大。冲击力的大小与激振频率、振幅及振动轮的质量有关。因此振动轮尺寸一般都比较大,重量也大。由此就造成了压路机的转向难度巨大。所以采用一般汽车的转动方式已经不适应实际压实作业的需要。对压路机的转向系统进行了专门的研究与设计,设计出了一种结构比较稳定、可靠,转向性能优越的转向机构,并分别从力学角度、材料的强度要求等方面做了相应的验证。经投入生产,样机试验表明,工作效果良好。
To ensure the compaction effect,enough impact on the soil is required if certain conditions are satisfied.The impact force is concerned with the excitation frequency,amplitude and the quality of vibratory wheel.Since the size of vibratory wheel is great,so is the weight,which may cause tremendous difficulties to steer for the roller.In this case the steering way the car adopts is not suitable for the rolling of the roller.Therefore,special research and design for the steering system of the roller is done,more stable,reliable steering mechanism with better steering performance is designed as well.And it is proved both in dynamics and strength of the material through testing after being put into production.Better working effect is achieved.
