一种新型的谐波齿轮减速器

A New Type of Harmonic Gear Reducer

提出了在传统的谐波齿轮减速器的基础上作出的一种改进设计，新型的谐波齿轮减速器引用了二柱状齿环相套叠构成双层椭圆齿轮的方案，减速器输出用上内齿刚轮。对减速器的减速比作了计算分析。

This paper presents an improved new design of harmonic gear reducer,based upon the established one.The new design uses a pair of cylinder shaped circle the gear,the bigger one covering the smaller one ,to make the elliptic cylinder circle gears reducer.The output gear of the reducer is a firm gear with inner teeth. The paper also analyzes the reduct rate,and presents technical requirements of the parts.
