目前国内有许多的压缩机企业,市场竞争激烈;由于清洗工序属于压缩机的关键工序,为提高产品质量,许多厂家不惜成本,导致清洗工艺复杂,能源浪费;有些企业工艺人员也在试图简化工艺,但试验周期较长。作者针对压缩机行业工艺、设备比较保守的现状,对压缩机的零件清洗工艺、设备进行了试验。并提出了一些比较合理的工艺及设备配置方式。

Under the environment of fierce market competition, in order to raise product quality, a lot of compression enterprise takes washing as critical process. In order to improve the product quality, many factory investment massive costs, cause the clean process to be complex, energy waste. This article in view of the compressor profession process, the equipment quite conservative present situation, to compressor＇s components clean process, the equipment has carded on the experiment. And proposed some quite reasonable process and the equipment deploy method.
