摘要
为更好地评价黔产续断药材质量,以便合理开发利用贵州续断药材资源,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了黔不同产地续断药材中总皂苷和多糖的含量。结果表明,黔不同产地16个药材样品中总皂苷和多糖含量分别为2.54%~4.51%和1.37%~4.38%,平均加样回收率分别为96.98%(RSD=1.87%)和100.50%(RSD=2.81%)。此方法能准确、快速测定续断中总皂苷和多糖含量,可作为续断药材的质量分析方法。
Ultraviolet visible(UV-Vis) spectrophotometry method was applied to determine the content of total saponins and polysaccharides in Dipascus from different producing areas in Guizhou to properly judge the quality of Dipsacus,for its reasonable development and utilization.The results showed that total saponins and polysaccharides were 2.54%~4.51% and 1.37%~4.38%,respectively in the 16 Dipsacus samples from different origins of Guizhou.The average sample recovery rates were 96.98% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.87% and 100.50%(RSD=2.81%).In conclusion,UV-Vis spectrophotometry method could be applied for quality analysis of Dipsacus,it could determine total saponins and polysaccharides accurately and rapidly.
