A New Method of Regional Heritage Protection:Evolution and Experience of the National Heritage Area in the United States

国家遗产区域是美国针对本国大尺度文化景观保护的一种战略方法,从国家遗产区域概念入手,介绍了美国国家遗产区域的入选标准,比较了美国国家公园体系与美国国家遗产区域的不同点,对国家遗产区域的历史阶段进行了划分,并总结出美国国家遗产区域保护和利用的经验,以期为我国区域性遗产保护工作的开展提供借鉴和启示。

National Heritage Area is a strategic approach for protecting large-scale cultural landscapes in the United States.On the basis of the concept of National Heritage Area,the article introduced the National Heritage Area′s inclusion criteria,compared the differences between National Park System and National Heritage Area in the United States,and divided the historical stage of National Heritage Area.Finally,the paper summarized the experience of protection and use of National Heritage Area in the United States in order to give reference and inspiration to carry out the work of regional heritage protection in China.
