核电用锆管特种电阻焊温度场的数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 对新型的核电用锆管特种电阻焊的工艺原理进行了介绍,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对特种电阻焊的温度场进行三维数值模拟,在计算过程中采用非均匀网格划分原则,运用参数化设计语言APDL进行流程设置,考虑了对流换热及辐射换热对焊接过程的影响和温度变化对材料物理性能参数的影响.结果表明,集中热流导致端塞被墩粗及挤出物的产生,焊缝接合处的温度约为1 500℃,未达到锆合金的熔化温度,使得焊后工件具有热锻造组织的良好机械特性,焊缝接合处径向和轴向的温度变化较小,变化率在5%以内,有助于形成高质量的焊缝组织. The paper introduces principle of special resistance welding,which is a new technology used in the welding of zirconium tube.The numerical simulation of three-dimensional temperature field of special resistance welding was analyzed with ANSYS.Using non-uniform meshing principle and parametric design language APDL to finish flow settings.The transferring effect of convective heat and radiation heat and temperature influence on material performance parameters is taken into account.Research results show that centralized heat flow causes the generation of coarse plug and extruded material.The temperature of weld joint is about 1 500 ℃,which has not reach its melting temperature.Showing hot forging structure with good mechanical properties.The temperature variation of radial direction and axial direction in the weld joint are both smaller than 5%.
