妫河下游消落带植物群落优势种种间关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用2×2列联表的χ2检验和Spearman秩相关系数的计算分析,对妫河下游消落带22个优势植物种共231个种对的种间关系进行了研究.结果表明,χ2检验有41个种对呈显著或极显著正关联,5个种对呈显著或极显著负关联;而秩相关表明,有57个种对呈显著或极显著正相关,13个种对呈显著或极显著负相关.也就是说,大多数种群之间关系松散.Spearman秩相关检验用于表征种间关联具有较高的灵敏度.按照22个优势种对环境的适应方式和主导生态因素,将其划分为3个生态种组,即水生植物种组、湿生植物种组和中生植物种组. By using χ2-test for contingency table and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient,inter-specific correlation of dominant species in downstream Water-level-fluctuating zone of Gui River were studied.Inter-specific correlation of a total of 22 dominant species and 231 species pairs were investigated.The results indicated that 41 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant positive correlation and 5 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant negative correlation in χ2-test,while 57 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant positive correlation and 13 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant negative correlation in Spearman's rank test.This indicated that most species were not closely related with each other.The Spearman's rank correlation coefficient test was more sensitive than χ2-test in showing the associations of the species.According to the adaptability to the environment and the relationships between plants and environment,22 species were divided into 3 ecological species groups,that is hydrophytes ecological group,hygrophytes ecological group,and mesophytes ecological group.
