摘要
为降低免熨整理后棉色织物上的甲醛释放量,选择4种甲醛捕捉剂对2D树脂整理后的织物进行处理,探讨了甲醛捕捉剂种类、用量对甲醛残留含量、DP值以及强力的影响。结果显示,选用SD-306C捕捉剂,其质量浓度为60 g/L时具有较好的甲醛捕捉性能;甲醛捕捉工艺以皂煮+甲醛捕捉剂处理最为有效。此外,甲醛含量测试方法以水萃取法测试值较为稳定。
In order to eliminate the formaldehyde on DP finished yarn-dyed cotton, four kinds of formaldehyde scavengers are used for post-treatment of finished fabrics. The influences of the type and dosage of formaldehyde scavengers on residual formaldehyde content, DP value and fabric strength are discussed. The results show that the process of soap boiling combined with 60 g/L of SD-306C features a good effect of formaldehyde scavenging. In addition, the formaldehyde content determined by water extraction method is stable.
