摘要
以废弃物腰果壳的提取物腰果酚、甲醛、异佛尔酮二胺为原料合成环氧固化剂,通过正交试验和单因素试验探讨了合成工艺条件,利用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,通过热重分析研究了固化物的耐热性能。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为n(腰果酚):n(甲醛):n(异佛尔酮二胺)=1.0:1.1:1.3,反应时间3 h,反应温度95℃,脱水压力0.0095 MPa,在此工艺条件下合成的改性异佛尔酮二胺固化剂,环氧涂膜的附着力达到1级;热重分析显示,环氧固化物最大失重温度为373.2℃;性能测试结果表明,其固化涂膜性能优良。
The epoxy curing agent was prepared by cashew phenol,formaldehyde,and isophorone diamine which extracted from nature scrapped product of cashew nut shell. The synthesize process was discussed by orthogonal and single factor test,its structure was characterized by FT-IR, and the heat resistance of cured was studied by TGA. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follow: n (cashew phenol) :n (formaldehyde) :n (isophorone diamine) = 1.0:1.1 :1.3, reaction time of 3 h, reaction temperature of 95 ℃, and dehydrated pressure of 0.0095 MPa. On this condition, the adllesion level can reach grade 1 ,the maximum weight loss temperature of epoxy curing analyzed by TGA is 373.2 ℃. Property studies showed that the performance on cured film of synthetic curing agent is excellent.
