摘要
以白花泡桐优树嫁接嫩枝为试验材料,通过全光照喷雾扦插试验,对白花泡桐优树材料的幼化技术进行了研究。结果表明:白花泡桐老龄优树嫩枝扦插较难成活。绿枝或半黄化嫩枝为较好的扦插材料;珍珠岩和蛭石(V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=1∶1)的混合物为较好的基质;用质量浓度为200 mg.L-1的ABT1号生根剂浸泡处理白花泡桐优树嫁接苗嫩枝1.0 h,生根率可达29.23%。
An experiment on tender branch cutting of Paulowniafortunei superior trees was conducted under the environment of full light and intermittent sprinkling. Result indicates that the tender branch cuttings of P. fortunei old superior trees have difficulty in surviving. Green tender branches and half-etiolation tender branches are better cutting materials. The optimal culture medium for tender branch crating is the mixture of perlite and vermiculite at a volume ratio of 1 : 1. The rooting rate could reach 29.23% when the tender branch cuttings of P. fortunei superior trees were soaked with 200 mg · L^-1 of ABT1 for an hour.
