民族高校藏汉双语教育现状及其发展研究

摘要 未来教育是多元文化教育,双语教育又是未来国际社会多元文化的主流。民族高校藏语言文学专业是学校的特色专业之一,该专业设立近六十年来,注重培养藏汉双语人才,为国家和民族地区输送了大量的专业人才和双语人才。随着社会的发展和经济的建设,民族地区的人才需求越来越多元化,双语人才越来越受青睐。针对民族高校藏语言文学专业建设特点,进一步加强和培养藏汉双语人才,双语教材建设、双语教师培养。为提高双语教学质量,培养双语人才,提出自己的见解以及对策。 This paper makes an analysis of the current situation and developmental features of Chinese- Tibetan bilingual education in universities for nationalities. Examples are given to exemplify how to develop bilingual education. In future, education will be featured as multi-culture education and bilingual education will become the main stream of the multi-culture societies. Tibetan language and culture is one of the characteristic specialties in universities for nationalities, over the sixty years of its construction, large number of students have graduated and gone to every corner of our country as competent bilinguals. Rapid social and economic development needs more diversified talented people in the ethnic minority areas, and bilinguals become a favor. The author puts forward constructive suggestions on strengthening Chinese-Tibetan bilinguals training, bilingual textbook development, and bilingual teacher education, so as to improve the quality of bilingual teaching.
