摘要 目的建立紫草油中左旋紫草素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Acclaim 120 C18(4.6×250mm,5μm).流动相为甲醇.水.磷酸(78:22:0.3,v/v),检测波长为516nm,柱温为35℃。结果在8.56-42.80ug·mL^-1之间,左旋紫草素进样量和峰面积具有良好的线性关系.线性方程为y=o.4088x+0.033。r=0.9999;测得紫草油中左旋紫草素平均含量为15.67pg·mL^-1。结论该方法简便可行,重现性好。可作为紫草油的质量控制方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method of L-Shikonin in Shikonin oil. METHODS The column was Acclaim 120 C18(4.6×250mm, 5μm), mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid(78:22 :0.3, v/v), the detection wavelength was 516nm, column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS L-shikonin sample volume and the peak area had a good linear relationship in 8.56 - 42.80μg·mL^-1, linear equation was y = 0. 4088x + 0. 033, r = 0. 9999; the average content of L-Shikonin in Zicao oil was 15.67μg·mL^-1. CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible, and reproducible and can be used as the quality control method of Zicao oil.
