基于声驻波原理的高频声光正弦调制器

摘要 介绍了一种基于声驻波原理研制的高频声光正弦调制器,分析了声驻波在晶体中形成的相位光栅的周期性变化特征,介绍了该高频声光正弦调制器的设计原理并对其性能进行了测试和分析。该声光正弦调制器调制频率达到300 MHz,驱动源结构简单,易于制作。 A high frequency sinusoidal acousto-optic modulator (AOM) based on the principle of the acoustic standing wave was presented in this paper. The periodically changing characteristic of the phase grating formed in the crystal by the acoustic standing wave was analyzed. The design principle of the sinusoidal acousto-optic modulator was introduced and the performance of device was tested and analyzed. The sinusoidal acousto-optic modulator has a modulation frequency of 300 MHz and has the features of simple structure and easy-to-use.
