摘要
设计了正交光楔列阵和正交柱透镜组合的光学系统,可获得焦斑尺寸连续可调的强度平顶分布的无旁瓣的边缘陡峭的矩形光斑,以满足特定物理实验和应用需要.根据标量衍射积分和旁轴矩阵光学的方法,详细分析了焦斑上光强分布特性,给出焦斑光强分布特性的理论计算和系统的优化设计参数.
A novelcom bined system used to obtain a rectangle focus spot has been developed,w hich iscom posed ofcrossed segm ented wedge arrays(SWA) and orthogonal cylindricallens.The features of this system are that,the size ofthe focus spot can be varied continuously within a certain extent,and the intensity distribution offocusspotis of high uniform ity. This features can be satisfied special physics experim ents and applications. In this paper, based on the adaxial m atrix optics and scalar quantity diffraction integral detailed theoretical for the intensity distribution of focus spot is analyzed,and the intensity distribution on the target by num erical calculation and optim um design ofthe system param eterhave been given.
