铝电解槽不停电开停槽装置在200kA预焙槽上的应用实践

摘要 应用不停电停、开槽技术实现了200 kA预焙电解槽不停电停槽、开槽作业,保证了全电解生产系列电流的稳定供电,在降低电解槽效应系数和节能减排方面效果显著。实践证明,该铝电解槽不停电开停槽装置安全、可靠,满足电解槽的不停电停、开槽作业要求。 Applied with closing down and starting up cell technology without cut-off power,the article implements closing down and starting up cell operation of 200 kA prebaked reduction cell without cut-off power,ensures the steady power supply of full electrolysis production series current,obtains remarkable effects in effect coefficient of reduction cell,energy conservation and emission reduction.The practice shows that starting up and closing down cell devices of aluminum reduction cell without cut-off power is safe and reliable,meets the requirements of starting up and closing down cell operation for aluminum reduction cell without cut-off power.
