摘要
为改善高功率激光器激光工作物质的热效应,采用一种热效应较小的复合晶体Nd:YVO4/YVO4,利用z型折叠腔,研究了在高功率激光二极管端面泵浦的情况下复合晶体的激光特性。当泵浦功率为24.65W时,获得了12.5W的1.06μm红外输出,光-光转换效率达到50.7%;当泵浦功率为17W时,获得了6.38W的绿光输出,光-光转换效率为37.5%.
The output properties of a diode-pumped Nd:YVO4/YVO4 composite crystal laser at 1.06μm and frequency-doubling 532nm light with a "Z-shaped" folded cavity were studied. With the incident pump power of 24.65W, an output power at 1.061am of 12.5W was achieved, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 50.7%; With the incident pump power of 17W, 6.38W green light was generated, resulting in an optical conversion efficiency of 37.5%.
