摘要
研究了石灰石质碳酸盐掺合料对混凝土抗压强度与弹性模量的影响。研究结果表明,碳酸盐掺合料混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量与龄期的自然对数具有很好的线性关系;与矿渣、粉煤灰等掺合料相比,碳酸盐掺合料能够提高混凝土早期的抗压强度和弹模模量,当养护10 d之后,两种混凝土的抗压强度与弹性模量基本相当;养护温度能够显著提高掺碳酸盐掺合料混凝土的早期抗压强度和弹性模量,但提高养护温度对混凝土后期强度发展不利;以不同龄期抗压强度为评价依据,碳酸盐掺合料的掺量宜在15%以内。
Effect of limestone based carbonate admixture to compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete was studied in this paper.There is good linear relation between the compressive strength and elastic modulus with natural logarithm of curing time.Compared with fly ash and slag,car-bonate admixture can improve the early strength and elastic modulus of concrete and after 10d,the strength and elastic modulus of two kinds concrete is becoming proximity.Curing temperature could increase the early compressive strength of concrete with carbonate admixture,however high tempera-ture is disadvantage to the long-period compressive strength.The elastic modulus of concrete with carbonate admixture increases obviously with the in-creasing curing temperature.Based on the compressive strength of concrete,the suitable addition dosage of carbonate admixture is less than 15%.
