摘要
数学师范实习生在所有题项的均值都大于学生的均值;数学师范实习生与学生在课堂导入、概念与法则的讲解、习题讲解、课堂提问、课堂小结、双向教学以及教学机智7个方面存在着显著性差异;而在教学语言、课堂板书以及课堂管理3方面无显著性差异。问卷调查结论与访谈结果相似。实习生在课堂提问、双边教学、课堂管理以及教学机智方面的教学行为表现不理想。应加强数学教育教学理论的教学、师范生教学技能的训练及教学实践活动的开展。
The outcome of the investigation is concluded in the following lines. For one thing, the mean of all the items of exercises completed by math-major normal students engaged in teaching practice are more than that of students. For another, obvious disparities can be found between math-major normal students engaged in teaching practice and students in the following as- pects, namely lead-in, the teaching of concepts and principles, the solution to exercises, classroom questioning, summary of a class, bidirectional teaching, and teaching wit while no clear differences are displayed in teaching language, management of a class and writing on the blackboard between math-major normal students engaged in teaching practice and students. Next, the outcome of this questionnaire bears a great resemblance to that of interview. Last, math-major normal students engaged in teaching practice do not perform as well as expected as far classroom questioning, bidirectional teaching, management of a class, and teaching wit are concerned. To solve these problems, the study of pedagogical theories of math ought to be strengthened ; training skills and teaching practice of math-major normal students ought to be implemented.
