摘要 目的:研究口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对35例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中CD147和MMP-2的表达及相关性进行分析。结果:CD147和MMP-2在OSCC组织中高表达,阳性表达率分别为65.71%、68.57%;二者的表达均与OSCC病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄以及肿瘤的部位无明显关联(P>0.05);二者在转移组的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05);二者之间的表达具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:CD147和MMP-2的表达与OSCC的病理分级及侵袭转移密切相关,检测二者的表达有助于对OSCC进行临床病理研究、转移潜势预测以及提供新的治疗靶点。 Objective : To evaluate the expression of CD147 and MMP- 2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma, (OSCC). Methods:The expression of CD147 and MMP--2 was detected by immunohistochemical method(SP) in 35 cases of OSCC. The relationship between the expression and clinical histopathological parameters was ana- lyzed. Results: The expression rates of CD147 and MMP--2 in OSCC tissues were 65.71% and 68.57%, re- spectively, The expression of CD147 and MMP--2 was correlated with tumor histopathological type, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P ~ 0.05), but showed no correlation with patients' age, gender and tumor location (P 〉 0. 05); The expression levels of CD147 and MMP--2 were significantly higher in the metastatic groups compared with control group (P 〈 0.05). There was a significant correlation between the CD147 expression and the MMP--2 expression (P 〈 0. 05). an important role in OSCC. The detection of their Conclusion. The expression of CD147 and MMP--2 play expression may be useful to clinical and pathological study
