摘要
目的:CCK-8法评价口腔粘结材料的体外细胞毒性研究。方法:应用CCK-8比色法比较体外4种粘结材料(普通型玻璃离子、加强型玻璃离子、SuperBond C&B及SE BOND)对人牙周膜成纤维细胞(human periodontalligament cell,HPDLC)的细胞毒性,初步探讨4种粘结材料的生物学性能。结果:4种粘结材料对HPDLC的生物相容性影响结果相似,其中普通型玻璃离子及SuperBond C&B无细胞毒性,加强型玻璃离子具极轻微细胞毒性,SE BOND具轻微细胞毒性。结论:4种粘结材料均满足口腔材料临床应用的生物相容性要求。
Objective:To evaluate the agtotoxicity of bonding agents in vitro using CCK-8.Methods:We use the human periodontal ligament fibroblasts in vitro to evaulate the biocompatibilities of 4 kinds of bonding agents by applying CCK-8 assay,in order to select the best bonding materials,and to find bioactive materials which are in favor of periodontal functional healing to guide the clinical.Results:The result shows that the impacts of the 4 materials on the biocompatibility of HPDLCs were similar,in which the conventional glass ionomer and SuperBond CB had no cytotoxicity,resin enforced glass ionomer had minimal toxicity and SE BOND had a slight cytotoxicity.Conclusion:4 kinds of bonding materials all meet the requirements of biocompatibility for clinical application.
