江西省奶业可持续发展对策研究

Realizing Sustainable Development of Jiangxi Milk Industry

摘要 分析了江西省气候特点及其对牧草、奶牛生产的影响,介绍了江西省奶业发展现状与发展趋势,并对江西省奶业快速发展转型中存在的问题进行了分析及奶业可持续发展提出了对策。 Current situation and development tendency of Jiangxi milk industry was introduced on the base of analyzing effect of climate on forage grass production and cow performance. Some problems produced in transitional period of milk industry rapid expansion were analysed. Meanwhile, countermeasures for sustainable development of Jiangxi milk industry were also presented based on the guiding of" Five Key Indicators".
